Meet our Musical Director 

Benjamin Noble 

Already established as an operatic baritone and concert soloist Benjamin is looking forward to leading his first choral society almost as much as we are looking forward to working under his direction.

Benjamin is Musical Director of the Military WAGS Choir and has facilitated music-making across the Northeast of England with schools and adult ensembles, through his work with The National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, Streetwise Opera, Middlesbrough Town Hall, and Vacation Chamber Orchestras. He transfers this experience to his pupils through his teaching practice.

He is a fully qualified singing teacher with both QTS and DBS, with a BA (Hons) in Music from The University of York.

This is the start of a journey on which we will grow together. As Ben says, ‘singing well is an exhilarating experience, connecting us to our deepest instincts of communication’. Why not come and join us and discover your own voice.
